Triplex Box
A high-strength, stable transportation solution for heavy and bulky raw materials
A triplex box is a durable carton solution developed especially for the safe packaging of bulky and heavy raw materials. Thanks to its structural form, it helps the product remain more stable inside the box and meets high durability expectations during transportation and storage processes.
- Product Group: Triplex Box
- Flute Structure: Double Wall BC or Triplex BCE
- Application Area: Raw material pkg., safe transportation of heavy and bulky products
- Production Opt: Special box solutions focused on high grammage and strength
About the Product
A triplex box is a special packaging solution used as a raw material box and stands out especially in applications requiring high transportation strength. Thanks to its bottom flaps that close and the upper section being externally sealed after the product is placed, the box acts almost like a sleeve and supports a more balanced positioning of the product within the inner volume.
This structure provides an additional strength advantage especially in the packaging of heavy and bulky products. The grammage of the papers to be used is therefore of critical importance. While paper types ranging from 140 gr up to 200 gr can be preferred in production, in some applications the box resistance can be increased even further by using NSSC paper instead of fluting.
Product Features
Technical Details
- Generally, Double Wall BC or Triplex BCE flute is used
- Bottom flaps are closed, and the upper section is externally sealed
- Helps the raw material remain stable inside the box
- High grammage papers between 140 gr and 200 gr are preferred
- When needed, strength can be increased by using NSSC paper instead of fluting
Triplex box solutions create a reliable packaging standard especially for the shipment of heavy raw materials used in industrial and production processes. While increasing box performance thanks to high grammage paper preferences and a multi-layer flute structure, they also support operational safety by helping the product remain fixed inside the packaging.
